  • Organizing inspection for finished garments both inline inspection and endline inspection.
  • Cooperating to reach the quality target, quality assurance according to our customers' requirement and understand customers' quality standard.
  • Regularly check inspection procedure, make sure that full inspection material and documents are updated and follow quality standard of customers requirements.
  • Following the quality problem by weekly to take corrective action to prevent defects found after endline inspection or during pre-final/final inspection by AQL/customer inspector.
  • It is necessary to understand well the quality status. We need to maintain the quality standard according to customer QC and improve quality of facility so that can meet the customer's expectation.
  • Monitoring QC internal training regularly, the contents must be followed customer's requirement and standard
  • Take part in the PP meeting and give out the abnormal situation related to quality, technical to predict and prevent serious problem might be happened
  • In charging customer's both inline and final inspection process communicating by answer the queries of customer then inform to related to department to solve the problem if any. Final purpose is to get the agreement of customers


  • Set long term quality goals and direction, develop strategies and implement procedures, to meet set objectives in reasonable cost, ultimately achieve the Group's mission of "Customer delight" in providing quality service and product
  • Review the actual result and goal to take action improvement
  • Promote Quality culture by conducting orientation and training in Quality Concept
  • Deal with customers in resolving Quality related issues
  • Ensure operation of QA team is effective and efficient
  • Take a proactive approach to improve Quality system in the factory and sub-contractors
  • Maintain, review and update Quality requirements from customers and group
  • Lead the QA team, develop in-house QA procedures and requirements, and ensure the team delivers the right results
  • Ensure QA staff know their roles and responsibilities, well trained and updated regularly
  • Provide professional advice on Quality system and handle Quality related issues


  • University graduate in Quality Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in quality assurance or related field. Two years' working experience at supervisory or managerial level is preferred.
  • Knowledge in SA8000/ISO9001/TQM/Quality System Management/Quality Statistics Knowledge in factory Quality operation and system Good command of both English & Vietnamese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill Strong analytical power Good supervisory skills Customer oriented Team player
