- Tracking of incoming/outcoming shipments and solve related shipment issues.
- Checking contracts/documents and sending them to Olam International or customers;
- Sending shipping requirments for each shipment, updating shipment plan in the invoice listing;
- Prepare invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, …)
- Input shipment data in SAP system;
- Follow up for payment done.
- Customers Service management
- Should have worked on contracts, payments, documents etc. for international sales/purchases
- Good English skills.
