This person will achieve sales targets and growth plans for the division while managing multiple channels of distribution in Vietnam. The successful Sales Mgr will drive long-term strategic goals and initiatives with the agriculture distribution channel while developing dealer relationships that ensure the successful sale of all company products and services.
* Responsible for the development of market action plans with specific objectives and implementation strategies for targeted growth, market share and profitability improvement
* Responsible for supporting the regional sales teams in approaching and/or closing new accounts through joint customer visits and/or first trials as required
* Develop and cultivate a trained distributor network capable of maximizing market penetration
* Promote dealer profitability and accountability for regional distribution.
* Review and advise distributor management on their overall performance and marketing plans to help them meet or exceed mutually agreed to sales targets.
* Introduce dealers to company key initiatives that positively affect revenue and margin improvement for both the dealer and the company.
* Responsible for the timely submission and maintenance of all reports required management team, such as sales, expense, communication reports, etc
* Maintain a professional company image at all times
* Drive distribution changes while working with other company sectors and divisions that share distribution and geographical regions
Skills and Experience Required
* 5 + years of experience selling agriculture products is preferred.
* Knowledge of served markets and industries – Must have agriculture industry experience
* Understanding of customer and market segmentation
* Proficient knowledge of our products and applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
