Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a set range of Accounts in Vietnam, further develop the existing customers and attract new ones
- Work closely with the Director, identifying any additional opportunities in this area. Responsible for meeting set budgetary goals with particular emphasis on the turnover target.
- Generate sales and profitable margins by managing and expanding existing business and targeting and opening new business.
- Seek and gather the right marketing/competitive information and propose to Director for approval, in order to optimize returns to achieve business growth.
- Offer support and oversee activities of sales group.
- Assist staff in making customer calls.
- Assist in daily time, territory, and account management.
- Recruit, select, train develop and counsel direct reports.
- Review accounts receivables ensuring receipt of payment for the products provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 10 years of selling experience and at least 3 years of relevant products
- Able to read and write in English
