Job Description:
- Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team
- Independent sales activities
+ Present, promote and sell the products
+ Follow up potential customers
- Government affairs in terms of after sales activities
+ Conduct legal procedures for customer’s investment license
+ Build and maintain relationship with the related government officers
- Coaching and monitoring performance of staffs in the section
- Prepare and update sales reports of the projects and submit to head of division quarterly
- Develop and maintain sales tools (presentation file, brochure etc.)
- Working with legal department to update and revise standard form of agreements
- Develop sales plan including budget in the section
- Set up KPI and evaluate performance of staffs in the section
- Support PR and CSR activities to Marketing and RM section teams
- Submit quarter report to head of department
- Other tasks assigned by head of department
Responsibilities:
- B.A. / M.A. degree in business administration or related field
- At least 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales
- Language Proficiency: English TOEIC Score: 750. Other language: Japanese or Korean or Chinese as business level
- Excellent English skill in speaking and writing. Strong business sense and negotiation skill
- Basic financial knowledge
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office in particular)
