  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual business plans.
  • Make detailed plans to reach and work with each key account customer;
  • Recruit and train employees to meet the requirements and development orientation of the Industry;
  • Successfully implement business plans to achieve spending and cash KPIs.
  • Prepare reports, analyze business situation and timely propose solutions to achieve the goals;
  • Coordinate with special project managers & strategic planners to generate ideas, strategies to show advertising messages to customers.
  • Do market research and propose suitable advertising solutions and products to customers;
  • Research and expand the customer base.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, events to develop brand image.



Required skills:

  • From 3 years of experience in the position of Sales Manager/ Business Manager in online advertising companies/organizations;
  • Be able to manage multi-people team;
  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualification: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
  • Strong decision-making skills, analytical thinking skills;
  • Strong planning, organizing, forecasting skills;
  • Strong adapts organizational strategies;
  • Good English proficiency (optional).
