Production Manager

Job description:

Arrange production plan/ machines/ workers in the most efficient way
Orient, train, manage, supervise and improve workers, machines to follow available workflow
Re-correct workers’ mindset and enhance workers’ awareness in term of quality and discipline to meet quality of customer’s standard
Manage to ensure the quality of finished product
Ensure health, safe, environment actions are implemented
Manage and coordinate with other departments to achieve common goals

Requirements:

MUST HAVE at least 10 years of experience in synthetic leather specially in coating/printing process: top priority: PU, after that will be PU or PVC/ both PVC and PU
At least 5 years of experience in production manager position
Very good English
Know how to rotate workers so that they can have multi-tasking skill
Have skill to solve the problem thoroughly
Have ability to check color in lightbox and adjust color in production line
