Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assigned sewing line in an efficient way in order to achieve the production objective
- Participate in training programs for sewing operators in the production process
- Provide suggestions to Line managers on production problems
- Assure the pre-production sample as scheduled preparation
- Control material, ensure there's no missing and wrongly execution
- Allocate resource in a way to achieve line balancing for best optimum output
Requirements:
- Garment college graduate or equivalent degree
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing operations
- Experience in a multi-national company and high-speed production environment
