Overall task & Branding

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services
  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy; Develop brand strategy
  • Set and administer an annual marketing budget. Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. Conduct market research studies
  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
  • Manage and refine the organisation’s social media presence
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
  • Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation’s databases and external data
  • Identify new business opportunities

Lead Generation

  • Develop and implement direct marketing function, digital function and other channels to generate leads.
  • Allocate budget for each channel 
  • Develop sales forecasting and make sure each channel generate the target sales accordingly
  • Establish and grow a target market share. Monitor cost per lead/show/ sign effectively
  • Oversee the operation of the company’s website or email marketing program and provide analytics reviews
  • Manage TMK team to make sure the potential leads are converted to show effectively

Customer Experience

  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services
  • Utilize social media platforms and in-house app in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
  • Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
  • Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa
  • Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals
  • Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience
  • Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills
  • Prepare customer insight report of each touch point on the customer journey map to give relevant solution to uplift the service quality
  • Hold approriate activities and seasonal activities to build the bonding between current customers and the company

Team management

  • Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, people development, workloads, schedules and deadlines. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing managers


  • Bachelor/Master in marketing, business administration or management
  • At least 5 years of successful working experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in Service/Retail Industries;
  • Solid experience of DMK/ Telemarketing is a must
  • Knowledge of education products / sector is a plus
  • Ability to manage, motivate and influence people;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with senior management team members.
  • Excellent customer service mindset, possess strong business acumen.  
  • Attitude: Customer oriented, results oriented, can-do attitude, rigorous, discipline and methodology; initiative spirit
  • Language: English (proficient)
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office
