JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products.
- Organize customized customer seminars and coordinate applicable targeted marketing activities
- Be able to uncover the crucial needs and requirements of the customer
- Proactively align the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Establish and build strong client relationships
- Participate with other key account managers and sales management to develop sales strategies.
- Monitor competitive activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Education: Bachelor/Master's degree of fishery, aquaculture, aquatic pathology
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of shrimp farming techniques expertise
- Minimum 5 years of shrimp feed selling experience
- Working experience with shrimp farm key accounts and having relationship
- Selling, coaching techniques and market analysis
- Understanding market drivers and business dynamics (trends, evolution etc...)
- Skill:
- Technical skills (farms management/auditing and reporting).
- Negotiation & presentation skills
- Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Others:
- Able to approach shrimp farm key account and how to make good relationship with them
- Able to communicate and work with foreign experts
