JOB REQUIREMENT
Supporting HR Manager as belows:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in searching, screen CVs and arrange interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange onboarding process for newcomers.
- Training:
- In charge of training administration for training plan implementation.
- Maintain training database of employees.
- Do training evaluation and reports.
- C&B:
- Control monthly attendance record, night shift, annual leave, and overtime.
- Collect and submit health & social insurance’s documents for employees.
- Support in preparing documents for Personal Income Tax.
- HR Admin:
- Manage all HR admin activities such as updating employee database and fill employee personal documents.
- Support in organizing HR and admin activities/events.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Can work under pressure, team work, high responsibility.
- Careful, hardworking, initiative person.
- Have experience in administration/HR at least 2 year.
- Have good office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)
