Job Responsibilities
- Administer staffs’ leave applications and insurance.
- Responsible for effective recording, maintenance and reporting of Human Resource information.
- Assist in recruitment function, from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to arrange interview with HODs.
- Liaising with Recruitment agencies for recruitment need.
- Employee Onboarding process and training administration
- Handle local courier services/ oversea courier service and postage service.
- Collecting and distributions of inter-company mails (letter)
- Ordering of office stationeries, pantry supplies
- Daily update for Staff Attendance records, prepare stationery for new staff, example computer, telephone line and email address.
- In-charge of receptionist duties, office events coordination, and handle day-to-day HR and office matter.
- Ensure compliance with all Government rules and regulations.
- Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement
- Diploma in HR or Business or equivalents
- Fluently English ( working frequently with HR Regional)
- 5 years of relevant working experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
