Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors
Management of brand and independent websites, social media, reputation management, internet distribution channels and online assets to maximize SEO presence with online mediums.
Responsible for third party implementation and tracking of Ads, Placements and re-targeting
Manage all marketing channels/promotional/sales collateral development/ production on line
Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel’s descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
Monitor property e-commerce budgets to make sure funds are being utilized correctly budget, in regards to marketing and e-commerce related expenses.
Coordinates in conjunction with designated vendor partners as needed for collateral, communications, photography, direct mail, video, etc.
Review social media comments, Trip Advisor reviews and any type of review sites that influence the Resort reputation and guest’s perspective.
3+ yrs. planning and executing Hospitality E-Commerce function.
Advanced understanding of Digital and E-Commerce solutions, including web development, SEO, mobile, and analytics
