Primary Job Responsibility
- To be responsible to identify the new potential customers and market segments for OMV (acquire a new business with the 1st 4-year average annual revenue of 04 million USD with 10% of EAT margin to start with).
- To prepare and implement the sales plan to achieve the given sales objective (turnover and GP).
- To be responsible for survey and develop the most important markets on the assigned region following OMV requirement.
- To approach, introduce and offer OMV’s capability to these new customers and obtain their orders.
- To coordinate and work out price proposals and delivery terms and conditions, to follow up proposals and to internally confer with the supporting departments in connection therewith in cooperation with the PM Manager in order to realize the business with these new customers.
- To actively obtain the market information of the projects, which involved to OMV capability and identify the potential business for OMV. Project customers including plastic products…
- To coordinate closely with another department in order to understand the strategy and implement it.
- To be responsible for the registration, inventory and processing of complaints.
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Technology; Good English/ Chinese (nice to have)
- Managerial skills, development skills, commercial skills, communication & relating to others.
- Knowledge and experience about Sales (plastic), at least 3 years in new business development
- Production knowledge and plastic industry technology background and lean manufacturing management.
- Good in negotiation, planning, communication and well presentable, proactive, tender, team work…
- Independent working, young and proactive
- Prefer to CV used to work in EU, Japanese, Korean Company.
