- Responsible for the strategy to activate and develop local agents, and provide the necessary direction to local station to develop sales.
- Responsible to set up systerm for individual sales offline and set up KPI management
- Responsible to recommend offline markets that have the potential to eventually become online.
- Accountable for the strategic direction of QR's Corporate/ Trade/ Leisure sales in the station of responsibility and defining the optimal way to increase sales by recommendations for routes, timings, aircraft type and other product development.
- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets within operating budgets with focus on increasing revenues.
- Develop local markets to achieve strong consistent sales and relationships with relevant authorities, to facilitate its transformation into an online operation for Company.
- Formulates and implements in conjunction with local commercial heads, the activation of local agents, to maximise short and long term revenue opportunities and reduce cost of sale.
- Responsible for the production of short/ medium-term local channel plan including revenue targets as a part of the integrated sales strategy.
- Continuously monitor the performance and activity of key competitors within the assigned markets.
- To develop and deliver sales revenue for Company, maximising the return from existing offline market with increased specific focus.
- Identify, develop, grow new markets, and maximize offline opportunities as they present on QR expanded network with appropriate planning and strategic development.
- Responsible to properly allocate offline responsibilities to station budget holders based on relevant and strategic criteria. Develop and manage a network of sales channels across the territory and and/or instigate participation in BSP where cost effective to maximize revenue opportunities for QR
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- Experience in BD Management role within Finance, Banking, Insurance, retail
- Experience in building a team from scratch
