- Be responsible for business department metrics such: GSV, cost, revenue, staff performance, customer experience,...
- Be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis of the customer, drive and develop customer-specific growth strategies and approaches, solidifying company position as a market leader in On-demand Delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams - tech, marketing, operations, finance - to propose new product features or services that will accelerate growth.
- Build and develop winning strategies to acquire new customers and uplift existing businesse
- Track metrics performance, work with analytics team, apply technology to optimize performance & process of business department to maximize returns and expand a business brand.
- Develop incentive schemes for sales staff, motivate and inspire the team to achieve monthly targets.
- Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- High energy, passionate and inspiring
- Great stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
