Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales team to achieve of volum achieve sales, coverage and market share targets.
- Negotiate and sign contracts according to the Company's policy
- Build and maintain strong, current strategic customer relationship and develop new customers;
- Partner with customer to understand their business needs, objectives and trends to be able to develop products that fit the market needs;
- Completed sales, customer requirement and market situation report;
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in related fields
- Experience in HORECA, Wholesales or FMCG is an advantage
- Experience in sales B2B for agricultural products in domestic
- Good English communication skills
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Network in consumer product manufacturing/trading
- Good in Microsoft Office skill
