Purpose of the position
Design, sketch ideas from the Board of Directors about architecture, interior, exterior and landscape; 3D architecture, perspective rendering.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, sketch ideas from the Board of Directors about architecture, interior, exterior and landscape; 3D architecture, perspective rendering.
- Determine the specifications needed to design the appropriate.
- Other works as assigned when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Degree in Architectural Engineering
Experience: At least 8 years working experience as a similar positions

- Bevioral Skilss
- Able to work independently.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
- Working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
- Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Team work
- Technical Skill: Computer: Cad 3D, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3DS MAX
