  • Deliver the sales targets and continuously strive to maintain and increase the market share of the company’s strategy to achieve the overall sales strategy.
  • Prepares Annual Budget, P/L for the territories and achieves targeted sales volumes.
  • Maintain and expand customer base in the area. Identify and actively search for new prospects, analyse the sales potential and plan sales activities for commercial development.
  • Ensures price realization and collection from the customers and distributers as per the credit limits.
  • Develop and manage an efficient sales network to improve sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
  • Customer Relations:  Advise to build sales policies, including price policies, promotions, discounts & promotions, customer outreach
  • Set goals, sales plans and team implementation sales of products belonging to affiliated sales groups in order to achieve approved targets. 
  • Manage domestic sales: Manage effective business of the market and manage effective distributor's business. Manage strategic sales relationships. Team management and training.
  • Prepare and implement regular training and training plans that are consistent with the team and company strategy, to enhance the professionalism of sales staff.
  • Business team setup.


  • Experience in the field of Beverage, 3 -4 years in the position of Director.
  • Have skills in analyzing and developing markets, thinking, creating. 
  • English: Proficient in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • Male.
