Technical Head

JOB DESCRIPTION

To in-charge in the designing of the technical specifications of the house products of projects implementation under the master plan of development.
To attend to all technical issues related to products of implementation.
To manage the project implementation on site to ensure timely completion of project and products are meeting the product quality standards as set by the Company.
To manage the supervisors/ workers and contractors on site.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
To participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees project scheduling, and implementation.
Prepare, monitor and update development program.
Coordinate preparation of layout plans/ground and soil survey/consultants for plans preparation/infrastructure and building plans/overall construction planning.
Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project.
Dealing with the local authorities’ / monitoring application for any permit/ approval necessary for the development of the project.
Monitoring and chasing the progress of construction work.
Monitoring quality control on product.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Degree in Construction Management and qualification such as Project Management and Construction Management
Minimum of 5 working years in similar position, proven experience as a Technical Head in construction environment with minimum 5 big projects was handled before.
