1. MARKETING PLAN & CONCEPT
- Analyze, prepare, present and review the product marketing plan
- Analyze and track competitor activities
- Develop plan for market expansion of product.
2. NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
- Plan and lead new product launches
- Develop sales strategies & campaigns
- Deliver product briefings
- Monitor and review post launch data in order to ensure that the new product launch meets the overall sales and marketing plan.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Develop and nurture relationships with key customers to develop and monitor programs for customer acquisition and retention
- Seek feedback in order to increase the customer base, and create customer loyalty and branding.
4. BUDGETING AND REPORTING
- Support and facilitate the development of annual preparation and monthly review of sales forecasts
- Allocation of promotional budgets, IN ORDER TO ensure sales target is achieved within the allocated time period and marketing cost.
5. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
- Guide and train direct reports
- Allocated responsibilities, review performance, in order to develop staff performance.
OTHERS tasks as assigned when necessary
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Public relation, Property Management or other related qualifications.
- At least 10 years at management level in Sales/Marketing of the Property Development Company
- Experience in Product Management, leading new product launches
- Creative, innovate and analytical thinking skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-confidence.
- Strong in English
- In depth knowledge of property market & trends.
- In depth knowledge of lasted marketing techniques.
- Knowledge in conveyancing and law of contract.
