Key Responsibilities
- Working on process engineering for new form factors.
- Process development for a new battery process with equipment.
- As a project manager, you will be in charge of each process.
- Communication with third-party groups & design engineers.
Key Requirements
- Over 10 years of working experience of battery cell engineering.
- Understanding about cylindrical or prismatic battery form factor
- Ability to using tool: CAD program, statistics program.
- Good communication with multi-cultural
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work within the team, problem solving ability; ability to obtain and process information, analyze quantitative data, create and edit written reports
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Hard working mental set: “Nothing Is Impossible. Impossible Only Takes Longer Time.”
- Ability to prooritize, handle stress, and work independently.
