We are looking for a highly motivated & results driven Sales Manager to join our sales team. You will be primarily be selling to clients in the consulting or investment industries, so a background in these fields with the ability to take a scientific approach is preferred.
This strategic, solutions-focused sale is highly consultative in nature. To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional attention to detail and a highly disciplined and systematic approach to pipeline development, have excellent presentation skills and be a good listener.
Consistently over achieve on your sales numbers and drive the company towards its annual sales plan by:
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
- Strategizing, identifying and bringing on new clients in APAC. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales and costs - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Directly engaging and building relationships with private equity and hedge fund investment professionals via phone, in-person meetings and email.
- Articulating company’ market position, and value proposition in a differentiated manner.
- Effectively communicating Company Mission, Vision, and Strategy.
- Support various corporate tasks required by a start-up company.
- Aim to deliver results to the company & clients beyond expectations;
- Have a positive CAN-DO attitude.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in Professional firm or 4+ years’ experience from MNC’s
- Advanced English Language Skills
- Effective Communication & Writing
- Advanced Critical Thinking & Business Analysis Skill
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B inside sales, field sales or marketing.
- Good at searching and figures, analysis.
