Work objectives: 
Improve equipment processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, productivity and capacity
Developing and optimizing engineering processes from start-up and during operations
Ensure main KPIs are delivered:
Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
Minimize machine down time
Accident free

Main duties:
I. Maintenance for autonomous facilities:
Plan out maintenance schedule to ensure automation machineries are in good working conditions
Follow up monthly maintenance schedule and Monthly reports
Ensure machineries are being calibrated and registered as regulations
Co-ordinate with part suppliers, service agents and contractors for speedy repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
To Supervise contractors or vendors when they do maintenance / installation jobs in site
Prepare yearly budget for the assigned machine group
Propose alternative spare parts to bring efficiency of machine usage
Do the job planning, monitor cost and other items as per the department KPIs.
Work with purchasing for machine spare parts and other tools and equipment to ensure the stability of machine running
Ensure proper documentation system for Maintenance Dept

II. Process Engineering:
Designing, running, testing and upgrading machines systems and processes to improve productivity and capacity
Assess processes, develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production
productivity and quality of output
Perform risk assessments/ Management Of Change for all new equipment investments
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
To coordinate with team members for specific projects.
Support production and HSE in improvement / safety projects
Develop and continuous improvement of working process and SOP
Propose the improvement for machines and equipment to increase productivity and quality.


III. Support the factory for all automatic machines:
Participate in installation and commissioning of automation equipment in the factory
Understand the operation and control mechanisms of automation systems
Check the normal operation and safety of the automatic devices (Indicator operating / PLC / inverters / etc.).
Handling and repairing equipment failure/ trouble shooting during operation
Contact and work directly with experts when there is a problem with the equipment which beyond ability
Do AM training for operators and evaluate their performance

Others:
Other technical supports as per supervisor requests when needed.
Requirements:
Graduated from university on electric or automation engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience for automation system and process engineer in the plastic industry /
blowed printing or 5 years experience for automation system and process engineer in the other industry
Good at MS office, outlook, AutoCad 2D/ 3D
Knowledge/ experiences on inverter system, PLC, Servo
Good English skilsl (listening/ reading/ writing)
Hard working and accurate. Team work.
