Talent development: Responsible for building the talent pipeline and for developing frameworks and tools to support the annual performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning process, including training of Production site and Commercial site.
Responsible for assessing, designing and managing execution of leadership development and high potential programs
Design, customize and deliver the training contents, course and programs that relevant and cascades from Company’s strategies.
Influence line managers and other leads of communication and engagement activity to participate and to ensure all associated communications they produce are appropriately targeted, timely and relevant for their teams
To succeed in this Learning & Development job, you will need to have very strong background in L&D and training.
Open to new ideas and passionate with people development
Ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity and work with leaders and BOD at multiple levels throughout the organization
Experience designing talent development frameworks, tools, and engagement activities
Experience designing and delivering talent development programs across multiple audiences, locations and functions, including leadership development and team interventions
Experience using a variety of assessments to support the design of development approaches
Strong consultative and diagnostic skills: ability to translate organizational and individual needs into specific solutions
Strong project management skills
Skilled at using data to create compelling business cases and focused engagement initiatives
Strong coaching skills
