A CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF provides CS support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. He or she involved with the coordination and implementation of specific projects and tasks.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in CS role to take care the customers for the after sales services.
- Cordinate with other departments to ensure the business operation is under good run as well as meet the customer’s need and requirement
- Manage inbound calls/emails/fax or in person from customers interested in renting a factory with Company
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, resolves complaints, emergencies and problems and provide factory renting service to customers.
- Maintain communication with Direct Sales personnel to address day-to-day needs and special requests.
- Tasks assigned by the Senior Managers from time to time.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in CS
- Fluently in Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Professional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skill
- Can communicate in English
