- Business Operation
- Research & Analysis
- Search and analyze industries/markets throughout Asia by conducting desktop research in order to understand client’s requirements and define target Experts for projects.
- Expert Sourcing & Procurement.
- Procure the right Experts for our clients by leveraging our existing network, custom headhunting/ recruiting and through using other marketing tools.
- Conducting Expert Interviews.
- Conduct interviews & short surveys with Experts to gain quantitative and qualitative insights to be used for report generation or delivered directly to clients.
- Report Generation & Delivery.
- Summarise and professionally present data/insights gained from Experts for delivery to client.
